I've set a gorgeous sky blue free-form checkerboard topaz in a bezel setting.  The ring is a d-section band, 2.3mm wide and is very comfortable to wear. 
 
This is a UK size M, US size 6.
 
Topaz is one of November's birthstones and is said to bring wealth & protection.
