I've set a beautiful large garnet heart cabochon to move freely next to a silver key, cast from a 16th century casket key. I've set the key with a 3mm rose cut diamond.  The pendant is permanently attached on a comfortable and lightweight 20" chain.
 
A great talismanic piece, and a one off. 
 
Oxidised to bring out the line detail, and polished back.
